Responsibilities:
- To monitor & control Food Hygiene System according to company procedure and standard.
- To monitor & control food hygiene audit and arrange schedule.
- To follow up hygiene action plans.
- To conduct internal & external trainings.
- To coordinate with third parties related to food hygiene audit.
- Monthly report: hygiene & quality report.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Microbiology, Master Degree is preferable.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Food Safety/Food Hygiene.
- Excellent communication in English is a must.
