Regional Hygiene Specialist

Responsibilities:

• To monitor & control Food Hygiene System according to company procedure and standard.
• To monitor & control food hygiene audit and arrange schedule.
• To follow up hygiene action plans.
• To conduct internal & external trainings.
• To coordinate with third parties related to food hygiene audit.
• Monthly report: hygiene & quality report.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Microbiology, Master Degree is preferable.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Food Safety/Food Hygiene.
• Excellent communication in English is a must.
