Leadership Development Program (LDP) offers challenging program that aims to develop future talented leaders in handling all management function: store activities and retail business area to be recognized and loved for helping the customer.

• Male/Female, with maximum 30 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree with any background major or Diploma with Food Production major, with minimum GPA 2,8.
• Excellent communication skills in English (min. TOEFL score 400).
• Good Computer literate.
• Initiative, pro active, hard working, and strong analytical thinking.
• Humble, able to interact with all levels.
• Eager to expand career in retail industries.
• Willing to be stationed everywhere in Indonesia and working in holiday with shifting.
