Deputy Branch Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Have a strategy to lead and develop a branch in accordance with the mission and goals towards achieving the growth and branch target
- Assist in managing the branch's head and led the team in the branch by directing, developing and reviewing the mission, goals and strategies for development and fulfillment of the target branch
- Assist the branch manager to monitor and evaluate the implementation of employee assessment, giving feedback, coaching, training, career planning and development as well as performance-based awards to ensure understanding, development and implementation of bank activities in accordance with the existing standard
- Ensure that the controls / processes and procedures have been implemented in the bank, to protect banks from losses and ensure that it has been in accordance with auditing standards
- Ensure that key positions during the year are filled by qualified employees
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Have at least 3 (three) years experience as Marketing Funding on Local banks or foreign banks
- Having experience as a leader in the team
- Having a good knowledge of banking products
- Good knowledge in the financial industry in general and risk management
- Think positively and have strong leadership
- Have integrity and have the ability to sell products
- Interpersonal skills and good communication
