Strategic Sourcing Superintendent
Work location: West Java, East Java, Jakarta


Scope of works:

The position is needed as to assist the Corporate Procurement Manager in develop and execute sourcing strategy for the company in systematic state-of-the-art procurement way.

Education :

• University degree in degree in marketing, economics or technical science

Experience:

• At least 1 year experience in middle managerial position in the company
• 2 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company which has more or less the same size as PT Holcim 
• Contract drafting and management

Computer literacy:

• Excel knowledge to the extent of simple programming and pivot
• table management

Language :

• Fluent English both oral or written

Other qualification / skills :

• Procurement and negotiation skills
• Leadership ability to drive cross functional team outcomes
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and motivate a team of people to contribute and meet project schedules
• Strong ability to work under deadline pressure, and extra hours to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
• Willing to be relocated in those areas.
