Currently Wika Persero is opening position for:

SENIOR LEGAL OFFICER (SLO)

• Minimum S1 Law
• GPA of at least 3:00
• Preferably male
• Have experience in:
• Dealing structuring transactions in the field of infrastructure investment, banking and capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, operational cooperation at the Foreign Affairs;
• Litigation in the General Court, the Industrial Relations Court, Commercial Court and Arbitration
• Active English Language (spoken & written) and other foreign-language passively (TOEFL score min. 550
• Having a networking in relevant institutions
• Having the permission of Advocates
