Organization Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist Human Capital Development Manager in tasks related to organizational development
• Conduct analysis of organizational development and designing systems that can affect the effectiveness of the organization
• Design, implement and develop a system of Organization Development, Performance Management, Corporate Culture, Competency Development, Talent Management, and Job Analysis & Evaluation
• Coordinate and establish good relationships with departments / divisions involved in the planning and implementation of organizational development

Requirements:

• Male / Female, age maximum 35 years
• Minimum graduate degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering or Human Resource Management from reputable university
• Experience as an Organization Development Specialist at least 2 years
• Excellent knowledge and expertise in the drafting and implementation of Organization Development, Performance Management, Corporate Culture, Competency Development, Talent Management, and Job Analysis & Evaluation
• Having skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio
• Enjoys the challenge, communicative, dynamic, accustomed to deadlines and have the soul of leadership
