PT Leighton Contractors Indonesia is a division of Leighton Asia and mainly specialises in contract mining, civil engineering and infrastructure, including site preparation, earthworks, roads, bridges, pipelines and tunnels. This position is based at the head office in Jakarta.

Duties and responsibilities:

• The candidate is to perform mine production improvement designs and control activities with the objective of ensuring the safe and economically sound development of mines with the environmental awareness.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in mining industry
• Bachelor degree in engineering (mining engineering background is preferable)
• Good understanding in mining process
• Has field supervisory experience (as mining supervisor or mining superintendent)
• Deep knowledge in production management (certified in six sigma is a great advantage)
• Good interpersonal skill, communication skill, and leadership skill.
