Maintenance Section Head Smart Agrobusiness

SMART Agribusiness is one of the largest publicly listed, integrated palm-based consumer companies in Indonesia. Besides cultivating approximately 138,100 hectares of palm plantations, SMART also distributes, markets and exports consumer palm-based products such as cooking oil, margarine, shortening and specialty fats.

Maintenance Section Head

Requirements:

• Male, max 40 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of working experience in the same position (From Heavy Industry or Manufacturing Industry).
• Must demonstrate effective leadership skills (e.g., people management) including team building, performance management, career development and coaching of supervisors, engineers and other subordinates.
• With excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Willing to be placed in Belawan, Medan
