Helpdesk Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Act as single point of contact to provide professional Helpdesk support to contractual customers and system administrators
• Provide solutions and fixes via telesupport, fax, e-mail, etc
• Perform on-line assistance with hi-tech remote facilities
• Perform Call Management and reporting functions.

Prerequisites:

• Graduate with 1 – 3 years of system engineering experience.
• Must demonstrate a progressive understanding and technical ability to support desktops, workstations, servers, notebooks, operating systems and commonly used applications.
• Novell / Microsoft certification is most desirable.
• Experience in using diagnostic software tools and facilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work on shifts.
