Job Responsibilities

• Assist Corpcomm manager in maintaining relationship with media
• Prepare all needs for PR events, including logistics and its administrations
• Assist Corpcomm manager in developing and publishing press release & press update
• Assist Corpcomm manager in daily media monitoring, in cooperation with Media Monitoring agency
• Full responsibility for controlling souvenir stocks and its availibility for events
• Assist Corpcomm manager in PR daily matters (letters, invoice, contracts, schedule, etc)
• Process changes to the organization’s human resource programs and policies in accordance with guidelines so that these programs are implemented accurately and fairly

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree with any educational background
• Have a good knowledge in media relations & event management
• Have a good writing skills
• Experience minimum 1-2 years in same area
