Bumitama Gunajaya Agro Group (BGA) is a group of agribusiness companies which engaged in oil palm plantations and mills. As one of the Harita Group's core business divisions, BGA was initially formed from the acquisition of PT Karya Makmur Bahagia (KMB) in 1997. Harita structured its palm oil holding in 2004 to form the BGA Group so now all of its holding under the management of BGA.

Estate Manager

Qualification:

• Male, Age <= 45
• Competent in the field of oil palm cultivation (LC, TBM and TM)
• Able to lead, plan and coordinate the garden
• Having experience min. 3 years at managerial level
