Senior Specialist Business Development Construction
The scope of your role will include but not be limited to :
- Establish, develop and maintain relations with people across the construction industry by setting appointments for Business Development staff to attend, facilitating entertainment and attending industry events.
- Record activities and information in to ETTA in order to track frequency and nature of contact.
- Provide monthly activity report.
- Establish a relationship mapping process which identifies and documents the key decisions makers and influences within an organisation.
- Undertake information sourcing activities to identify the key people in each company. Key data on each and any interlinked relationships with other industry contacts, which us required to complete the relationship map.
- Update ke key contacts list every 3 months with input from the Business Development team and create new relationship map for any new prospect and update current ones.
