Customer Marketing Campaign - Senior Manager
Responsibility:
- Customer Marketing is expected to partner across various functional areas to identify key opportunities/issue and develop comprehensive, customer focused solutions which deliver incremental value to Prudential.
- This position will help to derive strategies and drive the execution of activities to enhance the customer experience and increase the Customer Value for the organization through cross-sell/up-sell and customer retention/loyalty programs using sales/marketing expertise to design and implement campaigns and structure research/analytics/metrics to monitor, evaluate and improve their success.
- This role will also interact with his/her counterparts in other Prudential operations around the region as well as with the Regional Head Office (RHO) to mutually share best practices, key successes and learning’s.
- Bachelor degree in Business Management with min. 8 years experience in Customer Marketing and/or related Direct Marketing, Channel Marketing, Customer Value Management and analysis.
