JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title / Code : Cost Engineer (Ext-169/FE/EXP/ALL/OTH/2011)

Summary of Job / Qualification :

• 5 years plus experience and 10 years plus preferred in cost estimating, cost engineering activities related to Oil and Gas Projects
• Able to lead the development of the project cost estimate through all phases of the project including leading the project through successful internal cost assurance / benchmarking, processes to support the project FID
• Able to develop the basis of estimate and track revision changes
• Competent to implement and manage project controls processes, systems and procedures
• Competent in the use of cost estimating software to understand cost risks and establish suitable project contingency
• Able to generate integrated project progress, performance, & cost forecast reports

Education Level : S1 / D4
Minimum GPA : 2.75
Discipline : Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
