Assistant Manager, Upstream Portfolio ( Exp-CIBD1 )

Job Description

• Analyzing the upstream investment portfolio in accordance with corporate strategy
• Evaluate & determine the mapping (modeling portfolio) upstream investment projects based on economic considerations, technological, environmental & other factors as well as strategies referring RJPP (Upstream investment portfolio)
• Develop & validate the completeness of the administration (FS, recommendations & FID) all investment proposals submitted by the Directorate reply upstream according to priorities determined reply, filed within the proposed work plan (RKAP) who measured to be approved within the GMS
• Conduct finalization & KPI setting synchronization with RKAP who approved
• Conducting an evaluation of needs & determining resource mapping within an effort to increase knowledge about the business investment process upstream through workshops, job training, seminars, etc..

Job Requirement
education:

• S1/S2 Petroleum Engineering / Geology / Geophysics / Mining / Chemicals

Capability & Competence:

• Able to perform business portfolio analysis
• Mastering the portfolio risk management related to upstream oil and gas business
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations on the risk of the business portfolio
• Having knowledge in the field of operations and business activities upstream
• Have the ability to speak English and excellent computer

experience:

• Minimum 12 years experience in upstream oil and gas, with at least 10 years of experience dealing with investment / portfolio of upstream oil and gas business
