Assistant Manager, Refinery Business Development ( Exp-CIBD1 )

Job Description
Directing, Evaluating, Controlling the Study:

• The proposed business & investment projects in the DIT. Refinery with utilizing resources including the means of production & support, & technology licensor selection, making FEED, & determination of sources of funding & funding patterns to improve margins Dit.Refinery
• The proposed business & investment projects who are covered within Feasibility Study (FS) as well as preparing the business requirements of the proposed development as a reference work related parties, as well as to evaluate, prepare materials & information for negotiations with business partners both within and outside the country
• Portfolio of business, risk assessment and proposed changes to the business as a reference work related parties
• Determination of new business development Business Scheme who are managed by Pertamina and through cooperation with business partners who fit

Job Requirement
education:

• S1 Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Gas & Petrochemicals, preferably S2 Business Management / Engineering

Capability & Competence:

• Mastering the Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up Fuel Refinery, Gas and Petrochemicals
• Mastering the Feasibility Study, FEED, EPC Review for refinery fuel, Gas or Petrochemical
• Mastering a few software design Refinery Process for Fuel, Gas and Petrochemicals
• Mastering the Project Control Software (preferred if available)
• Mastering the EIA study, Risk Management (preferred if available)
• Have the ability to speak English and excellent computer

experience:

• 10-15 years, with at least 10 years of experience in Engineering Company as a Process Engineer, handle EPC Refinery, Gas, Petrochemicals
