Duties
- To coordinate staff activities, operations and assist Assistant Director of Human Resources/Area Director of Human Resources in the HR functions, administer staff medical insurance, staff discipline and industrial relations, staff benefits, coordinate interviews, selection and recruitment processes and to assist/conduct training.
- Relevant Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity preferably in the hotel industry is preferred, although not a pre-requisite.
- Positive and caring attitude, self-driven and motivated.
- Proficient in oral and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and other related labour laws and regulations is preferred.
- Applicable to citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia only.
