After Recorvery Biz（ARB)チームでは、未使用・未開封のキャンセル品／返品製品（周辺機器含）や製品返却制度（トータル・サティスファクション・ポリシー）期間中に返品された開封済製品（ 弊社工場にて完全な動作検証が確認された“新装整備品”です）のマネージメント、再販を行っています。
このポジションは、「デルアウトレット/エクスプレス」サイト内のマネージメント、タイムリーで適切なプライシング、SNSの活用、オンラインサイト以外の販路拡大,、適切な資産管理などを通じて、さらなるARBの売り上げ拡大を図っていくことがミッションとなります。
担当するエリアは、まずは日本マーケットのみとなりますが、グローバル組織に属しますので、アジアパシフィック地域を中心とした海外のメンバーとの情報交換やプロジェクトなどにも携わるチャンスがあります。グローバルな環境でキャリアを積みたい方のご応募を歓迎いたします。

Role & Responsibilities
- Supporting/Supervising ARB Daily transaction
- Trouble shooting
- Pricing on ARB online (be competitive)
- Inventory control
- Maintaining Intra/ARB online HP
- Updating ‘Twitters’
- Engaging in AP metrics
- Marketing/Sales insight
- Knowledge of e-business (set up auction site and its management ability)
- Excel skill(General/P-pot table/Macro creation)
- English ability in speaking/writing (beginner to middle class)
- Trouble shooting by Phone or mails
- Supporting in planning on bs impact and delivering its results
- Correspondence ability (Thank you/Apologize letter, QA from customers)
- Supervising ARB transaction
- Flexibility
- Awareness on the team building (not standalone)
- Patience/Strength in leading outsourcing
- Cooperation with cross-function
