We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

Training Officer Rigging/Scaffolding (Job No. 823101)

• Senior High School
• Minimum of 3 years industrial experience in construction industries and minimum of 1 year experience in Training or previous Supervisory experience required
• Experienced to delivery & deliver of skills training in the areas of Rigging /Scaffolding, lifting equipment Skills

Training Officer Civil Construction (Job No. 823128)

• Vocation School / Senior High School or similar
• Minimum of 4 year experience within the construction industry; previous experience in a similar role
• Experience to plan Civil construction training activities with minimal disruption to production activities in order that training facilities and resources are optimized

Training Officer Mining Operation (Job No. 823136)

• Senior High School with 4 year experiences within the mining industry as heavy equipment operator
• Have knowledge in training & development
• Have skill and knowledge in Heavy earth moving equipment operator codes including truck and/or excavator/dozer/grader/wheel loader; Highway truck codes
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training & POP (Pratama) certificate
• Able to Influence/motivate; Coaching/mentoring skill; present arguments, facts and instructions in a clear, fluent and convincing manner

Training Officer Crane (Job No. 823315)

• Senior High School
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training; Manpower Dept. Certificate in Mobile Crane Class 1, Overhead Crane, Forklift, Crane Truck and other lifting equipment would be an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years experience within the mining and/or construction industry as a mobile crane operator with Lifting equipment s OHS Licence (SIO) class I including other lifting support equipment: crane truck, overhead crane, forklift, tele handler and elevated work platform

Training Officer HSE (Job No. 823319)

• Diploma High School in formal health safety and environmental education will be an advantage
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training; POP (Pratama) certificate
• Minimum of 3 years experience within the mining and/or construction industry as a HSE trainer/safety officer/ member of rescue team
