EP Group was established in 1993 as a Specialist Support & Technical Assistance Services Provider to the Oil and Gas Industry in Malaysia. Today, EP Specialist Support Services meet the needs of the full spectrum of the Exploration, Development & Production life cycle. The Specialist Support & Technical assistance includes Total Project Management from the stage of licensing or block acquisition, survey & seismic, modeling, project development engineering to offshore installation and production, and including areas like QA/QC, staffing & recruitment solution, supply chain/procurement. We also provide Specialist Products in drilling, completion and production enhancement, process equipment and instrumentation, proprietary software & IT.

Currently EP Engineering invite high qualified candidate to join us as HSE Trainer position and will be place at Jakarta, Indonesia with detail qualification below:

Job Description & related Qualification:

• Provide input for the training schedule to provide the training as required
• Develop Training materials to meet training & development program as set out in the TNA and by HSE Learning Lead
• Deliver HSE training as an instructor in the HSE related training of personnel including new entry as required
• Conduct HSE related competency assessments as required to verify competency as per Job Profile and input assessment data into the CMAS System
• Be aware of Plant activities use inputs to identify deficiencies, weaknesses, or problem areas where additional HSE training may provide a solution,
• Ensure that all HSE training is properly documented and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE training programs, in house instructors and third party HSE training providers and provide feedback as required to drive continuous improvement in the HSE Training Programs.
• Act as document controller in HSE for Training Library to update and revise materials as required ensuring all printed materials used in the programs are current.

Essential Criteria & Qualification:

• Bachelors Degrees in Engineering or Public Health
• M 5 years experience with proven track records delivering HSE Trainings in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical industry.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English
• Demonstrated good teamwork, internal and cross departmental teams
• Willing to work in remote area
• Desirable criteria:
• Hold accredited HSE Training Certifications
