Job Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for driving the strategies to build strong brand awareness, preference and commitment in Indonesia and ensuring we remain relevant as the country grows to be the top 10 economies globally. You will be building strategic integrated go to market plans, executing them working closely with other members of the sales and marketing team and ensuring we achieve the desired results with uncompromising integrity. Areas of expertise cover creativity, advertising/promotions, public relations, events, retail and online marketing. Budget and people management including extensive stakeholder management internally and externally.

Qualifications:

You should possess a minimum of ten years of marketing programs and promotions experience, including exposure to Indonesia / emerging market dynamics and culture. Strong people management skills is required. You should have exposure to developing and driving complex, integrated marketing campaign consisting of advertising, PR, retail and demand gen strategies, program management and customer and/or agency interfaces. Additional qualifications include:

• Bachelor Degrees
• Ability to plan and drive creative, large-scale integrated marketing campaigns with associated budget responsibility and focus on marketing return on investment
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Good prioritization, execution and decision making ability
• Positive thinking and team synergy with key stakeholders
• Ability to influence internally and sell ideas
• Competency in English writing and speaking
• Online marketing experience would be an added advantage
