Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customer and Sales Engineer
- Review the inquiry or Request For Quotation technically
- Communicating with our principal for technical and commercial aspect
- Prepare technical and commercial proposal
- Make a Technical Presentation to customer
- Prepare periodic report to management
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in Engineering or Information Technology (IT)
- Male, age max 35 years old
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Have minimum 1- 2 years experience related position
- Computer literate, good command of written & spoken English (preferable)
- Good communication, negotiation & selling skill with positive attitude
- Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
Service Engineer (Code: SV)
Responsibilities:
- General servicing of machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
- Dismantles/repairs defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts
- Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery
- Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment
- Inspect/check of lay out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment
- Commissioning of equipment
- Support of product trials
- Provide technical training to customers
- General report writing for internal and external customers
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- Male. Age between 22-35 years.
- Min 2 years experience in service, installation, site commissioning related
- Dynamic and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Team player as well as the ability to work independently
- Willing to travel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess valid driving license
Sales Engineer (Code: SE)
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target set for area of responsibilities
- Maintain and develop business relationship with existing and potential customers
- Prepare/handle quotations, orders, deliveries (invoices, customs and distributor)
- Provide technical support for customers and distributor
- Participate in trade shows and exhibitions
- Prepare periodic report to management
Requirements :
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in Engineering or Information Technology (IT)
- Male. Age between 22-35 years.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Must be independent, highly self-motivated, enjoy meeting people and customer oriented
- Aggressive, initiatives, pro-active and highly motivated to achieve target
- Have good communication, negotiation and strong presentation skills
- Have good relationship with Manufacture/ Pharmacy/Automotive/ Automation an additional advantage
- Computer literate, good command of written & spoken English (preferable)
- Having own vehicle and posses a valid driving A or C licenses
