Batavia Air (PT. Metro Batavia) is an airline based in Jakarta, Indonesia. It operates domestic flights to around 30 destinations and international services to Singapore, China and Malaysia. Its main base is Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Jakarta. Batavia Air is listed in category 1 by Indonesian Civil Aviation Authority for airline safety quality.
The airline was established in 2001 and started operations in January 2002. Originally known as Metro Batavia, it started operations with a wet-leased Fokker F27 aircraft from Sempati Air. It launched scheduled services from Jakarta to Pontianak in January 2002. It is owned by PT Metro Batavia. Since June 2010 the airline has been taken off the list of banned carriers from flying into EU airspace (Safety authorized by EU).

Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Maximum 27 years old
- Bachelors Degrees - Graduated from reputable university majoring Law Faculty, with GPA Minimum 3.00
- Fresh graduated or having experience is preferable
- Having knowledge and understanding in Indonesian Labor Law and Regulation
- Fluent in English both oral and written, minimum score 500 for TOEFL and
- score 600 for TOEIC
- Good looking and having good communication skill
Staf Administrasi HRD
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degrees / Diploma High School in any major
- Male, maximum age 27 years old
- Minimum 1 year experience in calculation of employee absences
- Have the knowledge in IT or networking
- Experienced in using finger print machine
- Willing to work overtime and tarvel out of town
- Proficient in English
