Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in any diciplines
- Willing to travel to company’s site location.
- Good written and verbal communication both in English and Bahasa
- Good Leadership and Negotiation skill
- Min. 10 years experiences in related field
- Maintain, monitor and control region administration matters related to formalities (including expatriate formalities), HR, finance & Accounting, and general affair to ensure all administration activities are runs well conform with company’s and government regulations.Conduct recruitment processes for local candidate from PRF procees, local job advertisement, shortlist applications, test and interview, medical exam, negotiate offer and obtain final approval to ensure that recruitment processes are complete and conform with company’s procedures.
- Provide support and assistance to company’s sites in all issues within the region to ensure that all arising issues are well accommodated.
- Coordinate and monitor permits and formalities matters including company’s licences in Site operations permit and also expatriate personnel formalities licenses to ensure all permits and formalities are complete and valid.
- Lead, develop and motivate subordinates in order to enhance the performance of individuals, as well as work unit for the challenges of the future.
- Coordinate and monitor annual performance appraisal process for Site’s employees to ensure Performance
- Appraisal process are well conduct and on schedule.
- Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with regional and local government such as Man power, Police, Mine & energy and communities around project to have smooth company’s operational activities.
- Manage administration and general affairs aspects of large or major project.
- Coordinate transportation and accommodation for project personnel, staff and PTP Guest.
- Handling Control for Insurance (Jamsostek) calculation, payment and reporting
- Liaise with Tax Dept Jakarta in order to tax calculation and reporting.
- Coordinate with all dept due to Training activities (Preparations, execution, reporting).
