Bukit Energy Asia Pte. Ltd (“Bukit”) was created in late 2010 as a petroleum exploration and production company pursuing conventional liquids production and untapped unconventional resource opportunities in the greater Southeast Asian region. The founders of the company are industry veterans with over 50 years of collective professional experience in the international E&P business. Bukit has an extensive knowledge of SE Asian petroleum basins and viable liquids production plays therein. Importantly, Bukit has a broad network of contacts among the key industry players and government agencies in the region.

While opportunities exist throughout the Asian region that may fit Bukit’s objectives, the initial goal is to establish Bukit in Indonesia. Bukit’s management has considerable experience in Indonesia and Indonesia offers a breadth of opportunities, a stable and favourable fiscal environment, an accommodating process for acreage capture, and high deal flow.

Bukit has already built an experienced management, technical, operating and national team that allows it to assess and capture a range of opportunities now. Bukit believes that a portfolio approach in relation to appraisal, acquisition and production will deliver growth efficiently and with the greatest return to the company. Both the conventional and unconventional opportunities currently identified by Bukit are based on numerous years of direct experience and exploration and development experience worldwide.

Senior Drilling Engineer

Bukit Energy is a multinational petroleum exploration and production company newly established in Indonesia, pursuing conventional liquids production and untapped unconventional resources opportunities in Indonesia. To support our operations in Oil & Gas Sector Projects, we are currently looking for a Senior Drilling Engineer located in Jakarta.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Higher Professional degree in engineering field relevant for drilling projects.
• Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience from oil & gas projects onshore.
