Role Summary/Purpose:

The Commercial Program Leader will serve as a key point of contact for after sales account support at their strategic account, both with the Customer and with the GET organization. They will focus on initiating, developing and executing programs that build competitive differentiation for GET at the strategic account. This resource will be responsible for long term share optimization and business fulfillment and communication of Voice of the Customer promises and resolution of customer issues.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Work with Customer to understand, monitor and support their business strategies, objectives and secure stakeholder buy-in
  • Lead Differential Value Proposition (DVP) process and promise fulfillment for the strategic account (ACFC: At the Customer For the Customer)
  • Work with sales leader to execute stakeholder communication plans
  • Represent account interests at issue track and program reviews that have customer promises attached
  • Serve as a liaison between the strategic account and GET, coordinating appropriate internal functions to support current and future solutions, e.g. attend joint meetings, technology days, coordinate NPS reviews, support alliance agreements, escalate / resolve issues, insert the customer’s value attributes into global product or functional initiatives
  • Provide input to sales discovery process and competitive analysis
  • Own internal and external account metric targets and reporting, e.g. share, promise fulfillment, DVP% increase, communication scorecard
  • Achieve GE EDGE certification
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of business related experience
  • Proven program management and customer facing skills, e.g. sales, marketing, business development, customer service, service management
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), and listening skills

  • Resourcefulness, adaptability, ability to think quickly on your feet and deal with ambiguity
  • Strong executive presence; confidence and poise to successfully manage a wide range of customer personalities
