Operational Risk Manager

Code: ORM-WB11

Main Responsibilities:

• Implementing operational risk framework
• Conduct a review of operational risk and security targets provide recommendations on improvements
• Provide a report from the review of security risk targets
• As a specialist, coordinator and facilitator for the business unit / function in the implementation of risk and risk self-assessment program
• The progress report and the results of the risk and control self-assessment program in internal bank
• Quality Manager helps Operational Risk Manager in providing programs to the internal bank risk awareness through training and socialization
• Quality Manager helps Operational Risk Manager in monitoring the progress and the effectiveness of the implementation of risk awareness program by the business / function

Requirements:

• Minimum 6-8 years experience in banking with the specifications on internal controls, internal audit, operational risk or the area of quality assurance
• Knowledge of bank procedures and general products, including the risks and controls
• Having high integrity, focusing on risk, have good analytical skills and meticulous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to use English in both spoken and written
