Embassy of Japan is currently hiring for a secretary (local staff) in the politics that can begin work on July 2, 2012 (Monday).

duties:

• Make Appointment
• Writing a letter in English and Indonesian languages
• Collect data and information among others about the political situation in Indonesia and reports
• Other duties

The amount required:
One (1) person.

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen
• Minimum education bachelor degree in any fields of study
• Mastering the English language (preferably if it can speak Japanese)
• Master of computers (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Physical and Spiritual Health

Other:

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:15 to 16:00 am (willing overtime when required)

Application documents consist of:

• Curriculum Vitae (1 sheet)
• A color photograph of size 3 × 4cm (2 pieces)
• Copy of last diploma, transcript, and ID cards
