Human Resources Officer (HRO)

Responsibility :

• Able to lead all aspects of evaluation and administration, performance appraisals and competency.
• Accountable for the job descriptions, bonus plans and implementation of compensation systems.
• Will conduct market surveys, market pricing of job analysis and provides salary reports and analysis to management.
• Able to multitask and work with sense of urgently.

Spesific Requirements :

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration Human Resources or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years HR experience of working for a multicultural organization in a fast paced environments.
