Business Process Consultant (BPC)

Responsibility :

• Provide Consultation & Design in developing Business Process decomposition up to 3 level for a specific industry sector.
• Provide any other Business Process related analysis (BIA, BPR, etc) as well as defining Future Process Requirement characteristics in adopting IT enabled solution.
• Adopt and enrich Consulting Tools, Template and Methodology to fit specific client requirement and situation
• Manage various assignments in Consulting Services projects.

Spesific Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
• Have 3 years related experience (junior consultant level) or more than 6 years experience (consultant level) in Business Process Decomposition, Process Flow definition, Process Requirement Definition, Business Process Improvement initiatives, Business Impact Analysis, etc in any Industry sector.
• Able to work under Senior Consultant lead or independently.
• Have strong knowledge in IT Solution & Services, architecture & strong consulting methodology.
• Certification to any Industry/Business Process disciplines will be an advantage.
• Experience in the Consulting field and strong presentation and communication capability.
