Job Responsibilities:
- You will be in charge and responsible for overall HR Function within the Company, both in terms of providing clear strategic direction and ongoing operational support and guidance. This will include in providing excellent methodology for manpower Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development and Employee Relation.
- Has track record in assuming extensive HR Management function in big company and has experience at least 5 years at same position.
- Has strong leadership and managerial competency, people empowerment drive and an effective communication skill with all the levels in the group.
- Excellent knowledge with performance management system, recruitment, training and development system.
- Have a full understanding for Indonesian Labor Law and Calculation of Employee Income Tax.
- Must be able to handle multi-tasks under the pressure within the deadline while maintaining quality at all times.
- Fluent in English and or Mandarin will be a great advantage.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Graduate, preferably with major in Human Resources Management/Psychology and other relevant major from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.00 or distinction grades.
