Business Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

• Acting as a contact person of a project for business parties associated with the level of work in order to meet the needs of the business
• Assist in the analysis and documentation of the possibilities and capabilities of resources and business processes are executed
• Support the implementation process which includes preparation of user manuals or training materials, as well as assist in preparing the business user access to project related to the prevailing system
• Providing or helping to facilitate the passage of appropriate training and workshops what is needed
• Develop communication, training, and tools to assist the passage of the job change management activities

Requirements:

• Minimal education degree (Bachelor Degree) majoring in IT or Business from leading universities. Educational background Master (S2) of the department of business or financial / banking a plus point.
• At least 3 years experience in are Program / Project Management, Business Analyst, Process Improvement, Change Management or
• Have a good history of delivering large-scale applications or business process improvement implementation in the banking industry.
• May well contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Computer literate ie Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Have good English language skills, oral and written
