PT Bank Commonwealth ("Commonwealth Bank") is a subsidiary of Commonwealth Bank of Australia ("CBA"). CBA initially present in Indonesia by opening a Representative Office in 1990.

In 1997, a joint venture bank, PT BII Commonwealth was established to provide corporate banking services to businesses Indonesia and other business entities. In 2000, PT BII Commonwealth changed its name to PT Bank Commonwealth, where the CBA became the majority shareholder.

Business System Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

• Consultation with the business to understand the intent of the initiative.
• Articulate and translate business requirements into functional requirements documentation.
• Contributing to develop design options and solutions that support business objectives.
• Produce the right design to stakeholders and management.
• Report of findings to the appropriate forum and provide recommendations.
• Providing expertise in the field of business / data analysis, estimation and testing work.

Requirements:

• Minimum education Bachelor Degree all the majors from reputable university, preferably majoring in information technology or business
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, preferably from the banking industry
• Able to independently learn new technologies and business concepts.
• Very proactive and motivated and able to work in teams.
• Able to communicate complex concepts in a clear manner.
• Have creative thinking and successful problem solving
• Have project management skills
• Provide assistance and guidance to others and provide input into the recommendations.
• Provide, or participate in, presentations to internal and external clients and deliver quality results.
• In collaboration with relevant stakeholders and external parties (business and / or IT)
• Have a high motivation, discipline and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Have good English language skills, oral and written is a must
