AP Accountant

Due to our rapid growth at present, we are currently taking applicants for this position.

Perform a variety of accounting receivable activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organisation’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree in accounting / economy
• Min. 2 year experience as an Accountant
• Good computer skill, especially in Excel program
• Familiar with accounting system
• Attention to detail and good command in English

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring reconciles statements, and maintains a complete and accurate general ledger.
• Provide technical accounting advice within area of expertise to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.
• Compiling all GL to ensure it’s being recorded properly of AP.
• Conduct invoices verification to ensure its matching on system
