Job description:

• Responsible for making improvement plans, reviewing design, project and temporary schedule per area and coordinate with the continuous improvement of sexy related to monitoring and improvement
• Discuss plans for improvements to the program staff to direct personal EPP EPP
• Make improvements or modifications directly to the production facilities and support systems for the quick fix solution

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduate, Bachelor Degree Have graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Max age 27 years old
• Understand the manufacturing process, manufacturing process has the ability to recognize, to know the differences in each manufacturing process and to know the standard output of each manufacturing process
• Having insight into the production planning
• Having knowledge about the production quality system (the production process must be efficient and effective way)
• Have knowledge of Statistic Technic
• Adequate knowledge of the Manufacturing Operation
• Leadership ability / good Man Management
• Strong control
