Project Manager (PM)

Responsibility :

• To manage and to balance below four items competing goals :

a) 100% project scope is delivered.
b) On time project completion.
c) Actual project cost is less (or meet) compare to the approved project budget.
d) High stakeholders satisfaction.

• Provides the tools and environment to plan, monitor, track, and manage schedules, resources, costs and quality.
• Provides a history or metrics base for future planning as well as good documentation.

Spesific Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
• Min. 3 years experience in managing and delivering IT related Product & Services.
• Experienced as Project Manager in Software Package/Software Development Project in Banking or Infrastructure Industries.
• Experienced in full cycle of software implementation methodology will be an advantage
• Familiar in using Project Management Tools (Microsoft Project Professional 2003 and Microsoft Enterprise Project Management).
• Good communication in English: written and oral, listening and speaking.
• Good in people management, responsible, proactive type of person.
