MIS Accountant
Business Unit: CSSSEA
Based: Jakarta
Closing date: April 16, 2012

Responsibilities:

• Monthly MIS reporting with meaningful and analytical information.
• Responsible for maintaining fixed assets records.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and areas of concern.
• Assist in the preparation of professional presentations.
• Ensure consistency in cost allocation amongst the various sites.
• Lead the preparation of monthly forecast (“Outlook”), coordinate with all sites to get their forecast.
• Provide leadership for efficiency improvements in data collection.
• Responsible for the execution of special projects as identified by the BU.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance and Accounting of reputable Indonesian university
• 3 years Accounting experience in an accounting firm, additional experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, experience using JDE is a plus)
• Fluent in English and bahasa Indonesia
• Pro-active approach
• Strong and effective communicator
• Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Focus on change to improve efficiency within a business
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing environment
