Requirement:

• Male / Female
• Age max. 35 years old
• Minimum education Bachelor Degree, in the appropriate disciplines (Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology)
• Have experience as a trainer and organize training activities at least 4 years in the consumer goods company
• Able to analyze and report the need for training activities
