- Minimum education Bachelor Degree from Accredited University
- Minimum GPA of 2.75
- The maximum age of 24 years old for fresh graduate
- The maximum age of 26 years old for an experienced (minimum 2 years experience as front liners)
- Attractive appearance
- Computer literate at least MS Office programs
- Not Married
- Do not have an immediate family (parents, siblings, husband / wife) works as an employee of Bank Mandiri
