Field Cadet Program
Business Unit: TOA
Based: Manismata, West Kalimantan
Closing date: April 16, 2012

Responsibilities:

Field Cadet actively involved in training process divided into 3 categories: classroom training, on the job training and project based. After graduation, all successful participants will be place based on the availability of the position in land clearing, breeding unit, planting unit or harvesting unit in palm oil plantation.

Requirement:

• Hold bachelor degree in agriculture with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
• Active in organizational committee during college year
• Fair capability in English, verbal and written
• Strong personality in dealing with challenge
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Interested and ready to be placed in remote plantation area
