Estimator Manager (Budget Planning & Scheduling)

Requirements:

• Minimum education Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• Estimate at least 5 years experience, a luxury residential project, building and fitting out in pitch
• Maximum age 45 years
• Can calculate the volume of work and unit prices of work
• Mastering the price of materials Materials, Structures, Finishing, ME.
• Able to lead, guide and direct the team.
• Have morale, kondite and a good personality.
• Able to work in all conditions
• Familiar with MS office word, excel and ms project
• Preferred are mastered ISO 9001: 2008
