Based: Sungai Lilin, South Sumatera

Responsibilities:

• Give medical service to all employee and families of employees of PT Hindoli.
• Evaluation of sanitation company-owned housing complexes.
• Manage the daily operations of company-owned clinics.
• Routinely monitor the condition and needs of patients (employees and families of employees).
• Provide direction to all the paramedics about the employee health care.
• Help paramedics in planning and managing activities in their respective clinics.
• Provide recommendations to the HR Manager about the change of policy and medical procedures.
• (When referring employees to the hospital), keeping in touch to find out the development of a patient’s condition.
• Report all incidents and accidents to the supervisor

Requirement:

General

• Bachelor of Medical School, minimal 3 years experience in medicine and public health service.
• Have STR certificate (registration doctor practice) by law the practice of medical in 2004.
• Preferably can speak English.
• Ability in terms of supervision and operational management of health clinics/polyclinics.
• Knowing the financial reporting system administration health clinics/polyclinics.

Technical

• Can operate computer (MS Words, MS Excel, and MS Power Point)
