The main responsibilities:
- Providing credit ratings, make decisions and support the management of credit to the manager of commercial credit analysis. Responsible for appraisal, approval and management of credit risk exposure in line with internal policies and external regulations, and (if any) under delegated authority.
- Minimum education Bachelor Degree all the majors from reputable university
- Minimum 3 (three) years experience in SME / Commercial Lending in a full service bank, preferred role in Risk Management
- Have a good understanding of Bank Indonesia and the general rules with regard to loans and securities
- Having the ability of financial analysis
- The ability to run the PCAA in accordance with its role
- Have effective negotiation skills, dispute resolution skills, as well as risk management capabilities in a commercial environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a strong ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with business partners
- Proficient in operating a computer, have high integrity, focusing on the risks and pay attention to detail
- Have good English language skills, oral and written
