Business Development Manager (BD MGR)
Responsibilities:
- Generate sponsors/partners from various potential industries to support the company’s growth plan
- Assist in business case preparation for new partner/distribution model
- Identify opportunities of possible business expansion from existing partners
- Assist the Bus. Dev. Head in exploring various means of strategic alliances
- Manage and maintain business relationship with existing partners (account relationship management)
- Act as a liaison among internal departments in the company and partner to resolve technical and operational issues
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable University
- Min. 3 years of experience in same field in insurance industry
- Good interpersonal and management skill
- Good in planning and implementation of business initiatives.
- Able to identify and develop business opportunities (new products, intermediaries, market segments, etc).
- Strong analytical thinking, self motivated and creative thinking
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent in English both oral and written
